Jay Rowe 56 Bellingham, Ma mountain climber, long distance backpacker and skydiver whose traveled around the world doing what he loves including a Kilimanjaro summit January 5th 2012. Jay is an esophageal cancer survivor and looking to be the first person to climb my Kilimanjaro with a feeding tube.
Thomas Canesi 55 yrs old from Bellingham MA Tommy and I not only graduated high school together we also served in the Army together prior to my joining the Marines. Tommy is quite the adventurer having ridden a bicycle from Seattle to Boston, ridden dirt bikes in Peru and working in Antarctica . Tommy is a union equipment operator.
Jeff Agard 45 yrs old From Chandler Az and originally from Westfield Ma I’ve known Jeff for about 23 years and we met skydiving and both worked as instructors at Jumptown in Orange Ma. Jeff is a corporate pilot and also a professional skydiver. You prob have seen Jeff jumping into MLB games, NFL games or nascar races. Jeff is also an avid hiker and has hiked all over the country.
Tim Marco 51 yrs old from Burlington NC. Tim and I also met skydiving and he also was an instructor at Jumptown. Tim actually talked me down on my very first AAF jump years ago. Tim and I spend a lot of time backpacking together on the Appalachian trail in NC and VA and I look forward always to these trips. Tim is the owner of granddaddies atiques of Burlington NC.
Doreen jorden 48 of bridgewater Ma is the youngster of the team
She is also a runner who competes all over in road races. She is also into yoga and CrossFit. Doreen loves hiking anywhere from the white mountains to out in Utah and she loves being outdoors all the time. Doreen is the mother of two girls and has been an RN for 23 years.
MJ Geary Murphy 56 From Bellingham, MA. MJ and I went to school together at Bellingham High School . She is a two time cancer survivor and it’s amazing that she will soon be on the summit of Mt Kilimanjaro!!!! we are so lucky to have her on the team. She has been an RN for 34 years and currently works at Dana Farber. She loves playing tennis, and hanging out at the beach with family and friends.
Catherine Harnett 54 yrs old from Milwaukee. Cathy and I met 34 years ago in the Marine Corps and shes been like a sister ever since. Cathy competes in marathon races and is also a licensed drone pilot and will be handling all cinematography on the climb. Cathy is also a full time banking recruiter.
